5. Donations
Donors contribute voluntarily and at their own discretion. Donations are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- onHopeSpring is not responsible for the ultimate use of the funds by campaign organizers.
- Donations do not imply any ownership or control over the campaign.
- Donors are not entitled to any goods, services, or rewards unless explicitly stated by the campaign organizer.
6. Fees and Payments
onHopeSpring may charge fees for the use of the platform. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to the creation of a campaign. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and by using the platform, you agree to their terms of service. You are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion costs that may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users of the platform, both organizers and donors, agree not to engage in the following activities:

- Raising funds for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

- The actions of campaign organizers or donors.
- Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform or any reliance on campaign information.
- Any technical errors or interruptions that may occur on the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless onHopeSpring, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
