Communications Manager

  • Job Context

    The Communications Manager at onHopeSpring will play a vital role in shaping and promoting the organization's messaging and brand identity. This position is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our visibility, engage stakeholders, and support fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive narrative across all platforms and channels, fostering an understanding of onHopeSpring’s mission and impact within the community.

  • Job Responsibility

     Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support onHopeSpring’s mission and initiatives.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

    A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience Requirement

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.

    Proven experience in managing communication strategies for nonprofits or similar organizations.

    Demonstrated experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Additional Requirement

    Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with various stakeholders, including donors, community members, and team members.

    Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including website content management systems and social media analytics.

    Experience in crisis communication and media relations.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Others Benefits

    Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Performance-based bonuses may be available.
